Not everybody is aware of what craft/micro/boutique beer or how good it is or how many wonderful styles it encompasses. I'm pretty sure anyone who has worked in a craft beer bar before has had a conversation something like this before. Guys, don't lose patience. Just relax, educate and then stand back and watch the new craft drinker enjoy the delicious malty miracle in his pint glass. Oh, and thanks!

  • Might I add that bass pale ale in Japan is far worse than the stuff you can get in the UK.

    It's in bottles and it doesn't seem to travel. Actually, I think it might be made over here, under licence. Nasty on tap. So many soso bars here don't look after their product and don't always clean the lines or even train their employees to know how to do that! most craft beer bars here though are a different story.

    Much more care taken in their product and employees .
