@MentosMan727 Finally, we also know Sollecito carried knives and was into violent comic books, while Amanda, judging by her writing on rape, had unnatural interests to say the least. She was also rather promiscuous by all accounts. Anyway, none of this matter because even though the prosecution have appealed, the chances of the US extraditing her are remote. Crime does pay - she's just signed a book deal worth millions! God bless America (if you're white anglo and protestant)

@MentosMan727 Also regarding the motives.. We don't know their motives, its true. What we do know is they were on drugs - which drugs we'll never know. The reason for their conflicting alibis is because they suffered amnesia - induced by marajuana! I don't know about you but I've never heard of simultaneous amnesia-inducing marijuana.. Most likely they were on something stronger, some class A's. And these kind of drugs can cause psychotic episodes.

@MentosMan727 If the knife was only used to cut bread as you say, how did it have Merediths and Amandas DNA on it? What was quite telling about it, was the fact that as soon as news broke about the DNA find during the investigation, Sollecito said this could be explained by the fact he once "pricked" Merediths hand accidentally while cooking! I'm not defending Guede, I'm sure he's just as guilty as the other 2.

@deeboi2007 The only witnesses I've read/heard about saw a black man running alone from the scene. They did find a mix of bloods. They found a mix of skin cell DNA and blood in an apartment where they all lived (imagine that) and where Kercher was murdered. Italy is the laughingstock of the western world when it comes to their criminal justice system.

@deeboi2007 DNA evidence on a knife that wasn't at the scene and only used to cut bread isn't really DNA evidence, you dope. One guy did it. A man with a history of violence who confessed. The motive against the other two was retarded and you know it.

Despite conflicting alibis, lies to the police, eye witnesses, footprints, and mixed blood (not to mention DNA evidence disputed or not), Amanda Knox was let free! This just goes to show what hiring an expensive and exhaustive PR agency will get you. America was fooled. It also helps if you're a white Anglican female who is not ugly

I have a hard time believing the courts in Italy are so screwy.

I mean... A WHOLE month of vacation? What the heck!

And WHY was the DNA NON-Evidence even Accepted in the first place??!!
