Also how do i make my drive bar all the way to 9?

you get most after boss fights in the main story, the only optional one I know of comes from defeating Sephiroth.

Although you may get an upgrade from completing the Hades Cup (apparently it's much harder than Sephiroth though) and defeating Terra (Final Mix only)

Umm thanks i got the ultima weapon but how do i make it stronger?

You can't. That's as far as it goes. You can obtain a stronger keyblade (as in, a higher Strength stat) by defeating Sephiroth.

nvmi got ultama weapon and save the queen

i only need one more item untill i get the last orcharialumbut theitem wont come out i need the power shard but it wont come out the only enemie i havent tried are the larg bodies in the secret entrance
