These are a few highlights of my 2009 season. I am a junior and I attend Terra Linda High School of San Rafael, California. My personal best marks: 38.99 in the 300-meter Intermediate Hurdles. 15.33 in the 110-meter HIgh Hurdles. MCAL is the Marin County Athletic League, located just north of San Francisco, CA. After the MCAL Championships, I advanced to NCS Redwood Empire, which spans from the Golden Gate to the Oregon Border. I won the NCS Redwood Empire Championship and thus proceeded to the NCS Meet of Champions. Meet of Champions consists of 273 participating schools and contains the cream of the crop of Northern California. I placed 2nd in the MOC finals with a personal best of 38.99 FAT (fully automated timing). This performance advanced me to the California State Meet, undoubtedly the most watched high school meet in the nation! I was seeded 19th going in, and placed in Heat 1 Lane 2 with familiar hurdlers such as Reggie Wyatt, the superstar and (as seen in the final race) national record holder with a time of 35.02 from La Sierra High School, Noah Blue, and Mike Fischetti. It was an honor to be in the same race as the fastest 300 hurdler ever, as the race capped off my JUNIOR season. Class of 2010. David Namnath.

bro you know that if you lived in florida you would of won states easy b.c the ppl that win here run like HIGH 39's when they win states, and also how did u train to get so good, and are u still running currently? i dont mean to be obssesive just trying to get good and it seems like u know ur shit!
