Sunday Breakfast at Cracker Barrel

It was a full house here today! Had the "Country Sampler" which consisted of two eggs (over-easy), bacon, turkey sausage patty, sugar-cured ham, hash brown casserole, fried apples, grits, biscuits and gravy. Also on the table was "Uncle Herschel's Breakfast", which included two eggs (over-easy), sugar-cured ham, plain hash browns, grits, biscuits and gravy. Of course coffee as well. The food as great as usual and noticed many new staff members here on a Sunday morning (at least for us, they were new).

Ok now I'm really gonna say your addicted to the place. LOL! We never get up early enough to go to breakfast although they do serve it all day. If I go on a day other than Sat. chicken & rice night, I usually will get a breakfast or the 4 veggie plate with dumplings, green beans, hashbrown casserole, & apples.

We go so often because we belong to the "Front Porch Friends" program. We earned many free gifts like CDs, cast iron skillets, free breakfasts and dollars off our meals. But I do admit, I do miss going to other places and believe we'll take a short break from CB for a bit... But just a bit (LOL).

@kuzza I've never heard of the Front Porch Friends program? Is that something with your hotel or can anyone join it? I don't remember seeing any advertisement for it at the restaurant?
