i always thought that gintama was a waste of time because there aren't any fight scenes compared to one piece, beelzebub,fairy tail, etc...but then....somehow...i was watching tenacious d like 40 minutes ago...and i found this video..i was like wtf?..now im gonna start watching gintama from episode1....banzai

Even though I'd already seen this episode it sent a bit of a chill down my spine when she snapped.

They did a great job with the animation, it is very effective at evoking a sense of raw power and a sort of 'rabid dog' vibe.

@IPIay You have obviously never watched very much if any of this anime.

Let me put it this way.

There are over 240 episodes but you've probably not once heard somebody say that the series went on too long. Something that no anime of this size has been able to achieve. It's truly one of the best out there. It may not be the best of all time but to keep the entertainment value of a show for that long with almost no filler is ridiculous.

Now, Go watch Gintama and see anime at it's prime.
