Gallipoli : What are your legs ?

In one of the strangest outcomes of this campaign in 1915 the Anzacs and Turks developed a deep respect for each others bravery - it is sad that some fanatics use this battle to support there blind fundementalism - I am sure that the Turksih soldiers would not appreciate the misuse of their sacrifice

Haven't seen this movie in years, I had forgotten how great it was. Very powerful ending.

I just thought it was good movie that's all - no comment on who participated, what races suffered the same or worse than....or any of that - it is a statement on war and the futility - for those who want to turn this into a political debate....probably to go seek a forum that welcomes it
