  • @ gracjan

tak na rożnowskim - konkretniej - Tęgoborze :-)

  • Ah, so you changed the motor back out for a Chevy/Merc V8... did you pump the sea water through a heat exchanger with the Audi V8 or through the block? I assume the maximum torque for the Audi V8 was at to high of an RPM to be useful in a boat?

    Very cool project!!!

  • @RBSileighty

    hello

Audi V8 engine is light and good power, but unfortunately the appropriate

power gets too high torque range (above 6000 rpm)

The drive strugowodnym are too high turnover :-(

We need a 4800 rpm max! Audi in this area

generates about 150/180 hp. Chevy V8 has a much better performance

in terms of power and torque ... only drawback is the weight of the engine

and size but it is O.K.

    hello

The engine worked very well in the boat, there were no problems

the firing and work in the normal range of rotation. but unfortunately by the characteristics of speed and torque did not meet our expectations .....

so we decided to start a project with 400 Chevy engine - a smaller

but with better power characteristics of power and torque .....

Original engine has used an electronic system,

computer system, lambda sensors and all other electronic components.

Unfortunately he is not good value for the turnover of power and torque.

We exchanged the Mercruser V8 engine - and we 400cui during the termination of the project with the engine Chevy 400 / Mercruiser V8 - 6.6 L

  • @sportiwoda ESP is an stability control of AUDI... are you using any AUDI original electronics ? or did you replace it with a custom one ? thanks for the explanation..
