You blew my mind. I am seriously getting my Horn teacher to play this with me sometime.
-
I'm a violinist and this inspired me to do something similar for violin/viola. =) Still new to recording though. It's a great experience so far

Being a horn player I find this to be one the most epic things ever, but the thing that surprised me more is that I randomly get goose bumps listening to this. Ha ha ha wow.
-
Is it weird that I think some parts of this sounded cute, almost? xD
-
Dude, you are the fuckin master! Best part - Final Fantasy and Dream Theater fan. Very nice
-

-
Fantastic! That was simply wonderful! You have truly inspired my horn playing to one day be as great as yous. I look forward to seeing more from you! :)

well done sir amazing!
Hey! I know you are a horn player but would you recommend your arrangement for trumpet? There is not really brass sheet music for video games und so i wondered if this would fit for me.
BTW: You are great ;)

@spinolex Well, yes ! Except for the low-pitched parts, it could absolutely be played on the trumpet :)

What is the highest and lowest notes (nominal pitch, not concert pitch) you used in this arrangement? I can definitely hear some high Cs there but not so sure how low the lowest lines go.

@KarlBonner1982 Thanks for all your kind comments ! Highest note is High D ( in Chocobo ), lowest is a low E ( in Anxious Heart )

out of curiosity, what kind of mic did you use? i really like the tone it gave for this. not too boomy and not too punchy. i like it.
