Stop your reps before you are fatigues. So if you can do 10, do 8 or 9. Increase by one set every week or two.

congrats on that dude! i always lacked the motivation cuz of my work and studies take pretty much all of my time.. i suffer from the back and i'm gaining too much weight so its starting to affect me.. now i have no excuse... good luck

Hey thanks for the replies!! I've tried using a wall and then a chair. Also I've been doing alot of swimming the last three weeks and thats helping me IMMENSELY!!! Thanks for the help, really appreciate it :D
if i want to lose the most weigh i can in the next 50 days before school , how many times a day should i do this workout , and how many days a week? I also do alot of weight lifting and i use whey proteins ..

Start with three times a week. Once a day. You can do cardio other days.
