did you really hitchhike to Nelson? i thought most people didn't do that anymore because of all the sketchy stories that surround it.

Yes, many times. I love hitchhiking! We've met so many great people hitchhiking in Nelson - it has been one of the highlights of being here. I know something bad could happen - but I'm willing to take the risk.
