@MrRoymcd The 12th wave was activated by the 23 Jan New moon and commenced on the 25th Jan. Bear in mind that the wave is a cosmic trigger. It is up to the individual to connect to the energy. This energy that is available is quite liberating to release outdated attachments and illusions. Work with your Greater Self and spiritual team in meditation to fully utilise the energy. Speaking your truth, being conscious and empowering yourself will be more in your alignment.

@MrRoymcd Those of you that have been on the path for some time might pick up that "ascension" does not feel like a blanket send any longer, not that it was. However because we are closer to emulating our highest selves in the physical you will feel that the energy is "individual" supportive.

Feels as though when I eat I feel nausea. Also when I enter my workplace negativity hits me. How can I fight these things?

@levithadesouza55 You have raised an important question. It is important to scan your aura to make sure it is not porous or leaking. This can be done in meditation or intuitively. If so, work with your spiritual team to help heal and seal your aura; this should be a daily practice.

A healthy lifestyle and a positive mindset will also help you to process while experiencing energy shifts.

It is important to visit a qualified physician if you have health any concerns.

I am channeling the exact same info. at this time...THIS IS VERY REAL! I had to go to see an attorney today~ and am so ill...MONEY, OR EVEN FUNCTIONING (in our old or current system)WITH NEGATIVE ASLEEP PEOPLE in our SOCIETY IS REALLY BECOMING SO HARD!!!ITS SO SICKENING & I feel so done with all these feelings that aren't benefiting me anymore~ ALL I FEEL IS TO FOLLOW MY PATH~ BUT HOW?
