-
pretty neat. nice concept
-
Nice idea but u need to get the basics down and you are quit slow at the moment , bags to low as well
-
not a bad idea nt bein a dick but quite a few things 2 improve on
1.ur never going to be that low down when your on the inside cos ud be knocked of balance so many times so try not to keep low down .
2. try to improve ur hand speed because if i was fighting u id kno exactly wht punch ud b goin to throw ud be so easy to counter
-
good work bro
-
at 1:40 you would have caught a left hook right on the chin
-
yeah now do a headshot to the bad, oh wait...
If you're turning the bag you're not getting the right angle to the punches. You could probably just tie a rope around the bag and tie another end on a pole and bob under that as you hit it.

I rewatched your video, you had your hand up every time your sticks came close to you. so i think you are very focas and you did punch the hand pads with good short counters of your own. Good Round

@boxingbox lol thanks man and this was almost a year ago and ive been training for the past like 8 months at an actual gym so idc if people say this was terrible cuse it was so long ago before i started to seriously train and thanks though

What did you use to attach the stick to the bag, and what did you use to attach the mitts to the stick?
You have a terrible habit of not bringing your hands back to your face after you throw. A good counterpuncher would seize on that quickly. Not trying to be a jerk, just offering constructive criticism. Your trainer needs to work with you on that.

@wafwaf62 and i thank u for that criticism, because it was said in the respecful way. ive been working on all that stuff and this was way before is started training at a gym. i used a hand wrapes to attach the sticks to the bag and i used tape to get the mits stuck to the stick (i wouldnt recomend taping them cuse when u take the tape off it does damage to the mits
