this guy is confusing micro-evolution(a misnomer) with macro-evolution. There is NO evidence for macro-evolution. He's mistaken. Micro- evolution is just variations of a particular kind of animal.

I'm sorry but what sounds more like the truth, that some guy who was never born and will never die comes and create's the world, or that creatures modify themselves to fit a current environment. As for the court case, I suspect you'd be crowing if ID/ YEC had won, but because your nonsense failed (big time) in the court then it's all bad points for the court and the judge.
