I don't know what opinions are because they are uninformed by nature, so I think we'd just call them perspectives. Common and uncommon, that is the real difference.

Oro is a very weird character and I am one of the rare ones who beat New Generation and Second Impact and then Third Strike with him.
Third Strike was on the second day of its release.

Oro was the only charge character in the first III installation. The initial mistake was to play him like Guile.

He's a bit weird and his projectile does crap for damage. Takes a bit getting used to but he sure is more fun in New Generation and Second Impact.

@Tiamat583 he's not that bad. I rather have him, Hugo, and Alex in the next Street fighter 4 edition then see Evil Ryu or Oni anyday. Just too many shot'so and we don't need another stronger version of Shin Akuma who does the same exact shit in his endings like the original Akuma like destroy natural environments and submarines with unrealistic Karate moves that you'll never use in actual gameplay.
Very disappointingly unoriginal.
