Stromae - alors on danse + GOOD English translation and lyrics

I was tired of all those bad translations on the web. I'm not French so i'm not saying my translation is the best either, but I tried to make a good translation. Feel free to comment if you think there are some errors in this one too.

Extra info translation:

I got some comments saying my translation isn't quite literally translated. In some cases this is true.
I added some words to make the English translation more fluent and understandable. I Also tried to preserve the "feeling" of the song.
Alors on danse = (literally) so we dance.
I changed it in "so we just dance" to preserve the message.
we just dance because that's the only thing we can do (life screws us over anywayz) This is why i put "interpreted" in my title :P
