2 years ago we shot a grainy video on a small point and shoot camera about making BBQ ribs on any grill, even a tiny apartment grill. Now that we're shooting in HD, we wanted to give ribs a second chance. Ribs 2.0, if you will.

Check out how to crank out some great smoky BBQ ribs on a propane grill.

  • Drew, If I wanted to add sauce to the ribs, when is the best time to put it on?

  • @Emit79 if you wanted to add any sauce to the ribs, it should be added during the very last cooking stage (during the last 10-15 mins before they are done). For me personally, I like to serve my sauce on the side :-)

  • can you put the rub on before the mustard, or does it matter?

  • @tonsoguns420 the mustard helps the rub stick a bit better and forms a better crust, so I like to put it on first before the rub.

  • Awesome video. I have this same grill. I'll try it soon.

  • Those ribs look amazing.

  • Very nice. I've made back ribs using a honey apricot glaze that came out pretty good. Hope you'll take a look sometime. Thanks for a great video!

  • just wondering why the cooking times vary so much from your original video to this one... in the original you cooked them for 2h then 2h in foil and then 1hour after for a total time of 5hours. In this video you did 2-1-0 totalling 2hours less than the first video

  • great way to cook them!!

Tried it outmyself, cooked mine on 200 degrees.

  • @Emit79 I'm not drew but i think if its a BBQ sauce, you should apply it on the ribs 10 minutes before they are done.
