Its not a full grown bear, probably still a cub. A full grown bear will destroy the little doggy trust me. This one probably was nervous seeing human and dog barking.

Relax people, I'm sure the bear wasn't that traumatized. They run up trees all the time to escape danger.

In Alaska my cocker spanial used to chase the bears down the beach and off the property. Unfortunely, he did get bit once. Nasty deep puncher wounds, but it didn't slow him down. He had a special bear bark that alerted the neighbors to watch their smoke houses. He was the best bear dog. Moved to town and he was hit by a car within 2 years. Alot of spunk for a little dog!

I hate people who do not understand hunting and dogs thay grow up in a city with pets and fluffy cats. But what there life dose not teach them is that wild animals are dangerous. Dogs like yours did a great job protecting its family. Dogs like this one are worth more then anything, it welll fight for you and keep you safe what a gift. nice vedio

People need to understand that it seems cruel to chase a young cub away or be mean to it but thats the only way it will learn not to come near humans. Eventually that cub wont be so small and cute and will be hungry. If it never learns to stay away from humans it might return to your house on a sunny day with the kids outside playing and then it wont seem so cruel when they have to kill it right. There wild animals that cant be reasoned with and they will get over being chased away
