Shion had her throat slit when the Cholos were first started.
If you've watched the other parodies, you'd notice that her voice was white noise. (PSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH)
In this "movie", Shion's voice box is upgraded to an actual one from AT&T.
