Hmm! I like this vid, and most of the tips are actually quite obvious. However I think they sound great on a vid, but reality looks different. i.e. eating several small meals a day? How do you do that? (I want to see my bosses face if I show up with my food basket at work, munching away every 3 hours!). These meals are even more stress and costly than the two meals per day that I eat on average. Hmm, any practical advise on that?

@anothersecondchance>> No, it's not too late. The reason that your metabolism slows during a starvation period is because the body breaks down muscle to form glucose and amino acids, and to preserve energy to keep you alive. Since muscle is the most costly in terms of energy expenditure, by having LESS the body can conserve as much energy as possible for the longest period of time. Normally, just returning to a higher caloric intake will enough to illicit the anabolic response.

tip#2: that is true - if you buy a box of 12 ice creams from the grocer and keep it in your home freezer, you are most likely to go back 2 even 3 times for another one, because they're right there. I have to get in my vehicle, drive 10 minutes to get an ice cream - I do this once a week sometimes. If I am too lazy to go out, I opt for a bowl of Cheerios to fill me up late at night. If the ice cream is in my freezer, it's way too accessible.

hello, i enjoy your videos. I have a question that I can't seem to have answered
If you have starved your body and become aware of the unhealthy lifestyle, can you bring your matabolism back up? or is it too late?
