  • Cool video! How did you embed that song in your video without youtube blocking you for copyright issues? I'd like to do the same thing to one of my videos! :)

  • @ErinLampe When a video like this gets muted, I dispute the claim and say the copyrighted material was used for transformative and parodic purposes. The legality of using such material in transformative works has been upheld in cases such as Blanch v. Koons, 467 F.3d 244, 252-53 (2d Cir. 2007). Parody has been legal under American law since Hustler Magazine, Inc. v. Falwell, 485 U.S. 46, 108 S. Ct. 816, 99 L. Ed. 2d 41 (1988).

    Good luck!

  • This song was played at my wedding in October 1994. I wish I was back in the early nineties. There were a lot of mistakes I would have never made if I weren't so strung out on drugs.

  • I'd love for everyday to be this song.

  • i wished they played this song at the end of my graduation ceremony instead of "celebration" i should of requested to play this song

  • good experiences and bad experiences- good luck for this uni preparing you for postgrad or above- easy marking overall- most students get B to A-, not hard but no training in methodology or good foundation for being a researcher. good luck finding a supervisor too- may have better luck getting your degree on-line. undergrad easy but not above post-grad- a sink or swim attitude. hope you can deal with disorganization. I think most these comments made by undergrad- not above.

  • memories can never be faded, student life ...what a pleasure ...really these are the days!!

  • Natalie Merchant is a singer that represent personal freedom and the heart of American culture. I do not believe this can be applied to the University of Canterbury which is a Uni that has little concern for what it puts its students through whether it is their fault or not. I thnk the Asian experience at UC is much different because NZ is a cullture that gives more freedom than their homeland.

  • When I was at my cousin's party a few years ago, we were all out in the backyard and I knew this song and i wanted it to come on and it did. I remember it from cheaper by the dozen but haven't heard it in forever. Good song.

  • Wow, you've got your act together! :) Thanks for the info and help. Take care!

  • I first recall hearing this song when I was 30 and driving across the Sacramento river. It spoke to me like an awakening, an appreciation of beauty and understanding. From that point afterward, I have appreciated all types of art which I didn't understand before. Thank you Varda.

We all made mistakes buddy, there's no taking them back, but you are already ahead of the game! Most people have trouble admitting them, or even identifying them. God bless and keep you my friend...
