I can't reply in Bulgarian, so anyone feel free to translate this...
Obviously I and the other helper (the blonde girl) are not Bulgarian, and there are other helpers in the background. The children may be of Roma origin, I don't know, but they speak Bulgarian and were almost certainly born in Bulgaria!

Umm....well I am the girl in the white t-shirt, and I assure you that we're in Bulgaria!! The music is American...I'm British...and the kids are Bulgarian. We're at an orphanage in Lom, which is on the Danube (Donau), in the North West of Bulgaria, on the border with Romania.
