@haikiller11: the fee you mentioned is not too high as compared to other apartments . My brother family is in My Phuoc quarter, their total fee for security, hygiene, and management.. is about 20 bucks, much cheaper than other condo such as Hoang Anh Gia Lai, the Manor...

I agree that this is not the place for most of the middle class Vietnamese.However, most of the private properties and condo, apartments in Phu My Hung are owned by Vietnamese. Majority of the owners are successful business people, celebrities and well-paid executives of corporations. So, many types of rich people can afford the properties here. Actually, more and more people in VN are getting rich from their real estate or stock, they are willing to pay for luxurious stuff than we think.

I guess I dont think so. Starhill is under construction by PMH. The project will be completed in no more than 1 year, i think

What paying bill you talking about??? After you buy the unit, there's no more "paying bill". Here in Vietnam, people pay cash no mortgage here.

Second, you think every single member of a big family in Vietnam owns a car??? You obviously don't live in Vietnam do you? Let me tell you, Vietnamese family has just 1 car.

Viet: around 10000, most of them live in townhouses, villas

East Asian: around more than 4000 - condos, penthouses, luxury flats

other nationalities: the rest

basically, it will cost u more than 5 mio every month :)
