Relative common glicth.. The Enemy AI is set to attack you, and the friendly AI is set to defend you when theres either more than a single enemy or an enemy close, unless they've been set to do ohterwise. And therefor the friendly AI wont move, as there i currently no danger for Ezio, as the enemy AI can't move.. As simple as that.
