She wasn't your family in the first place. I told my aunt OFF. Not only for saying she wasn't ready to "accept" me, (what ever that means), but for being a total hypocrite. She has the nerve to be a LESBIAN and come out her mouth. I never gave them the satisfaction that I need their love. I always make sure the emotional ball is in my court. And so should you. Write her ass a letter, make sure you have copies for OTHER members of your family. That way she has no choice but to hear you.
