Even though it may not appear so, everything you hear in the song was created by the human mouth - the drums are sampled/looped beatboxing that has been compressed and eq'd to sound like drums. There's also distortion in some of the backgrounds that give it the extra power. Just clearing things up dude, it's a common misconception in modern recorded a cappella music.
