Deep Space 9 - Empty Glens

This is a fun video of Star Trek Deep Space Nine.

The song is Empty Glens by Runrig.

This is my first video, so I'm sorry if it's not quite up to scratch - I just hope you have as much fun watching it as I did making it!
Basically, I love DS9 and wanted to make a video that reflected that.
I'd welcome any comments - good and bad!!

I love DS9 too. :D I'd never heard this song before, but it's beautiful and I think it works perfectly. You did a really great job on this. You should make more DS9 videos.

That's too bad. I hate it when they do that. What song was it? You know there are sites where you can download free music that is CC licensed, so copyright isn't an issue. jamendo (dot) com is a pretty good one.

Haha! Yes, it is a bit odd, isn't it? Runrig is one of my all-time favourite bands, and Empty Glens is one of my favourite songs. The reason I chose it for the background music was simply because the last time I was watching the series through (Deep Space 9, I mean) I was listening to the song a lot, and the two things just got sort of stuck together in my mind!!

I'd like to do another video with a more appropriate song, but we'll see.

Nice one! I'm not such a Star Trek fan myself, but I like your video. One question: What made you chose this runrig song for background music? :-) Don't want to say that it doesn't fit, but it's kind of a funny surprise.
