Some people are dumb. ITS NOT THE SAME IN EVERY COUNTRY. THE ONLY REASON IT IS $199 IN THE USA IS BECAUSE YOU ARE LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT AND PAY FOR IT MONTHLY!
