This video strikes a nerve with me... I like it and I hope you are doing ok Mark, i have MS also and you're right about what people "THINK" or "EXPECT" tomorrow to bring........ it goes out the window however it never really was there. Hows the swank diet going for you now?

I think this is a very touching video, dear Mark. I posted the first comment that I wrote for the first video but now that I see that YouTube works, I wanted to add a couple of words to this video because I found it truly touching. You are not bothering us at all and I understand why you chose to do the Swank diet and I am so glad that it has been working for you!
