  • @O2GuruTV No it was through a Sony Outlet...!! Ok a'l try explaining this issue to the manager and see if can get it exchanged :( :( Thank you for letting me know on a early note..! Cheers..

  • @666Kudos No problem, hopefully they can sort it out quickly for you.

  • @O2GuruTV I have an Over heating issue with my Neo v...!! Its a week old phone, I wouldn't cared much if it had heated up while surfing net or playing games......!! But it heats up even when its Idle up 40 Deg cent :( and i deactivate all my Internet services,so that it won't run in the background...! Is this a Normal issue that happens with new phones..! or am i looking at a major problem..!

  • @666Kudos It does sound like a hardware issue. Where did you get the handset from? Was it through O2? Was it through a store or online? We'd recommend taking the device back to point of sale and getting it exchanged for another.

  • @O2GuruTV Can you help me out with Neo v..!! I don't know why even tho my battery is a 1500'r it sucks..!! :( i know arc and Neo v the settings wise its the same.. but still.!!

  • @666Kudos Sure, what exactly is it you need help with? We're more than happy to assist where possible.

  • @muhammadsaifullah94 Do you have any Apps running in the background? Also check your email accounts. Do you have push or fetch email? If so your phone will connecting and pulling through emails constantly.

  • @muhammadsaifullah94 No problem. If you have any other queries you know where we are. :)

  • @O2GuruTV I see. Thank you so so much for your reply! phew..finally got the answer!! Thanks alot! Cheers from Singapore!

  • @muhammadsaifullah94 It won't damage it no. When you get a new phone we'd recommend power cycling a few times to get the maximum potential from the battery. To power cycle let the battery drain completely then charge up full again.
