It seems like it is out of sync. Are you using an internal capture card? How are you capturing the sound (like what is your set up)?

im using an external capture card. Im capturing through the composite. You know the red and white audio.I don't know why it's doing this tho.

I had probs like this before. It may have to do with how your cables are connected. I have my sound going directly into the back of the computer, not through a capture device. I also use an external mixer so I can control output for the card and TV. having the audio cables go through vcrs or other devices can sometimes give lag. That is why it is important to use video and audio splitters if you can.
