Paying it back seemed a less costly scenario then dealing with debt collectors for the next 30 years. In the long run I learned my lesson hard... and have no strings attached to that debt. Paying it all back made me a better man. I plan on never using credit again... in five years I've not touched credit and see no need for it in my future. I pay cash as I go now and have more money and financial security than I've ever had.
