  • This video shouldn't be taken as instructional; they're only novice students...... I've only started my journey in tai chi but I am familiar with the 24 form and this video is full of techniques which aren't done properly (from the very beginning - they drop their hands *completely* after raising and then lowering them!), but I commend the students anyway because they want to learn and they are trying and it's been a few years since the video came out so they're probably better by now :)

  • True this video was used as an evidence for our university about the activities we had in the club. This is no way to be used for instructional or commercial video.Should've put disclaimer rights few years back when uploading this ^v^

  • In order to learn the 24 correctly, you need to be thaught by a qualified teacher while a vid is only good as a reminder when you forgot the sequence of one or more moves. There is much wrong with the execution but I am sure, they will learn and get better. Taiji is beautiful, good for health, balance, fexibility, flow of energy, calmness, concentration, relaxation etc. Practise makes perfect,

  • Totally agree with uberduke;

    Hopefully after graduation and some 4 years later, these young ppl have improved their taichi performance. Keep up your enthusiasm, kids. This kind of exercise lasts till you become grandparents. Don't forget it. Keep pushing forward.

  • Ill learn Tai Chi

    in a couple of decades.

  • Thank you for the vid I am learning tai chi at the local library this is the form that we are being taught. It is very helpful.
