I am disappointed in you, especially for a Led Zeppelin fan. I very much doubt Percy, Jimmy, Jonsey, or Bonzo, would rather somebody have a 'job' than play a musical instrument. I used to smoke, don't anymore, don't care who does, or who doesn't, never did. One thing was always clear to me, though. Don't fucking judge people. That's what Zeppelin, Thelonious, Hendrix, Coltrane, The Doors, all the greats fucking stood for... and that's the quintisential truth, Ruth.

I'm Famous, Ain't that a bitch!

First time I heard this tune was in 1967, i was 16, and I smoked some hash and went to the local library in Culver City/. Back then you could listen to records on headphones there, so I picked out Monk because I had heard of him but never heard the music. This was the first song I heard, and it felt like I was flying. Still love it after all these years, and he inspired me to learn to play piano the next year.
