Once again this is a Navy Seasprite - NOT an RNZAF one.

KAMAN SEASPRITE GE T-58
-
yes it is.
-
I never disputed that the Navy operates them, and ultimatly they are Naval helicopters. And Aircraft engineers play a much larger role than your car mechanic who only looks at you car when its broken.
-
go 6 Squadron
-
if you are going to tell me Im wrong at least back yourself up. the following quote of navy website
" After initial training you will join Air Force pilot trainees at RNZAF Base Ohakea, near Palmerston North, where you'll spend 18 months, .....After the Airtrainer you'll progress to the larger two-engine Kingair.... You'll then go to 3 Squadron RNZAF to complete a 17 week helicopter conversion course. Navy pilots spend two years with the Air Force gaining 'chopper' experience.....
-
correct, navy pilots are also trained by the RNZAF
-
Masterchief, the Seasprites are operated for the RNZN by the RNZAF

Hi.
Thanx for the positive comment. The song is "The Razors Edge" from ACDC. Their well known "Thunder Struck" was on the same record!
