  • how do you prepare and carry a pound of ground beef for hiking. I've been thinking about making SPAM chili for the very reason I didn't think beef would keep.

  • @TangoMikeFoxtrot That would be a Whole 'nother vid but you dehydrate it. Some folks call it "hamburger gravel".

  • try also mrs grass soup mixes, they can be added to all sorts of things to make a complete and easy to prep meal. Do try looking into palm sugar blocks they last forever.

  • @LeonRFpoa Haven't seen those products on the shelves around here but will keep lookin'. Thanks.

  • I like how you're thinking, this too is my approach on food preps. Thanks!

  • @CampfireTalk Thank you.

  • @DemonHide I've been "stockin' up" for years and space is a big concern.Thank you.

  • @bfd210 Thank you. It's kinda basic but I hope it helps a bit to get people started.

  • Bush's beans, good stuff! Yes, I've got very limited space for storage in the home unless I plan on taking up living space on top of that - Which actually is what's gonna have to happen. "Doubling up", good strategy right there. This can work day by day or week by week, even month by month if you can take it.

  • Good vid! Brother
