Episode 24 - Herky's Hat Chase

Because of strong winds, Brenda decides to put her hat in a safe place next to her workshop. But, later, Herky accidentally blows it away during a game of Jet-Frog. Embarrassed over his goof, Herky sets off to catch the hat on this strong windy day - all by himself.

You know, a hat wouldn't blow that far or high away from just wind. I think the wind and Herky's rotors were causing the trouble as well.
