Romans 2:14 states that Gentiles are not under the law. The law was given by Moses to the tribe of Israel. So Jews only were the ones called to prove God, NOT Gentiles!

Malachi was a minor prophet reminding Israel of the covenant of the Levites to bring in the ten percent of the produce and animal sacrifices.
