Very nice. How is the garden with this hard winter?

What is the secret to keeping these exotics alive during cold months? is it the micro climate within the garden?

Stunning that Kev.

The coldest period for our island was in mid December for a period of 10 days. Coldest temp. I recorded was a chilly -7.4C. Most everything in my garden did very well through the cold snap. A few really tender Eucs. took a beating but some have refoliated. I'm thank full our island is very sheltered and wind is never problem here during cold periods. Cheers

I have high hedges all around the garden to keep cold drying winds out and I also put plastic rooves over the more tender plants in winter.
