Bronze Turkey displaying to his mate

Our 2 turkeys (Stan and Hilda) were spared the chop at Christmas and Hilda has now started laying eggs which we hope to hatch in the incubator. She doesn't seem very impressed by Stan's courtship display, poor Stan. His snood (the long thing hanging down) doesn't seem to be doing the trick. He does this display all day long and she rarely lets him near her!

are they standard bronze (heritage) or broad breasted bronze (industrial)?
