  • @crazydriver1978 ya it was fine i knew it was fine by starting the car with it plugged in. and with ought, and it worked, it was the timing chain and cam sensor that went bad.

  • 1:20 what if i dont have ac or ps? actually i have both, but the ac compressor and ps pump went out and i dont care to fix them just to test iac idle speed.

  • @CODxFUNxMAN did you perform the ohm test on the iac? no... you didnt? i didnt think so. if you want to be sure if it is the iac, perform the ohm test.

  • hey i have a 91 3800 GM motor in my buick, and in the moirning after it idles high to warm up it drops low and as i change the gears or turn the wheel all the way it shuts off and jerkly idles bad with the temp light flashes alot. But hwen i get it going it drives good and the idle is normal. i have spotlessly cleaned the pin and the whole motor, it has improved but still acts up if its colder outside. Do i need a new IcV?
