Walkthrough of Last Story part 71. The ending of the Last Story. Sonic and Shadow manages to prevent the space colony ARK from crashing into Earth. Shadow falls down, having fulfilled his promise to Maria. Sonic meet up with the others and bring out the news that Shadow didn't make it back. The group then leaves the space colony ARK.

Shadow didn't really die he was caught in the Chaos Control and vanished somewhere on Earth.

@aashapa He actually fell to earth and Eggman found him. Then Rouge finds him in Sonic Heroes in Eggmans base and releases him to find he has lost his memorey. The end leaves you on a cliffhanger whether or not shadow is real or a android as Omega and Rouge enter a room full of Shadow's. Then continued from that is Shadows game which is Shadow finding out if he is the real ultimate life form or an android which in the end he is real. So ye Shadow is alive & it is the real Shadow!

True, when he crashed down to earth, eggman found him, knowing he is the ultimate lifeform, made clones of him...and well he lost his memory...Sad, but in Shadow the Hedgehog he finds out who he is..in the last story.
