I went to Italy with Kenny Kim's PhotoVenture. While in Amalfi, a local store owner showed us how to make Limoncello and let us help prepare it. This video was shot with a Canon 5D Mark II
Here is the recipe the woman in the video gave us in case anyone is wondering:
1 Liter of Pure Alcohol
3kg of Lemon (use only the lemon skin rind)
mix them into a glass jar
Wait 4 days - let it soak in alcohol
700 oz (or grams - I can't read her handwriting) of sugar
1.5 Liter of fresh water (not cold - needs to melt the sugar)
Stir well - then add into the jar w/ alcohol & lemon skins
