The drum spring , well actually it is called the "clutch" or a "clutch spring" Yep cheap enough to replace ( just can be a pain) your supplier shoud have these in stock the tail portion of this clutch has snapped off.
Buy a real brand machine not a badgejob next time.
The drum spring is broken. Drum springs can be replaced easily and cheaply if spares are available. Disassemble the drum by removing the large bolt that secures it to the frame of the machine, remove the bits of broken spring from inside the drum, fit the new spring and reassemble.
