For big hips and bottoms like mine, I like brazillian bottoms...or high waisted, ruched retro bottoms, which look amazing on everyone. For the bandeau problem, try a ruched top or check Victorias Secret....they invented the bikini top with...yay!...built in bra.

The only thing that matters is how high on the hips the bottoms are. In a way it's great that the late 70's and 80's high-on-the-hip bottoms are only very slowly coming back...because they're WAY too hot. Today's retro bottoms with the straight-across waists shorten the legs, box the butt, ruin the female figure for most who wear them; not sexy at all. The ladies comments on the nipple thing were also ridiculous. What's the big deal?
