im 14 turning 15 in a month and honestly im really really insecure about my nose. its rly bent cuz it runs in the family & im very sensitive about it. my family even told me my nose was big & that i need to accept it. its really upsetting me & i have begged for surgery. do you think i shud have it done and if it is worth it?

people keep getting surgery and removing the bump...they give the genetic bump a bad name just like hollywood did with actors and celebrities. way to go and spit in your moms face by getting that surgery. now your kids are probably gonna get it too, remember its genetics.

Im gettign a nose job, people are telling me not to but my nose has made me so insecure, im going to do it, a little scared, but its done so oftenly i think i'll be ok.

@drsimoni, I love your work, and you have become my top option for a rhinoplasty. Anyway, I was wondering if I could get an estimate to having a rhinoplasty along with a chin implant?

@Kiickzfeen Primary rhinoplasty costs around 8K to 9K. Chin Implant is around 5k to 6K.

@drsimoni how much would it cost to only have the tip of the nose done? I know its called tip rhinoplasty but if it were only the tip and no bone work invovled how much on average do you think that would cost? thanks.

@drsimoni hi ive been watching alot of your videos and your work looks really great , ive been thinking about getting rhinoplasty for like 2 years now , i went to go see dr.nassif in beverly hills a little while back but i didnt feel like i wanted him to be my surgeon , im hispanic and have wide nostrils and i dont like the tip of my nose , i just want to know the cost for that procedure ??

@727helena Thanks for your kind words. Primary rhinoplasty is about $8500. We now offer 3D computer imaging to our patients.
