Maybe that's why the game tells you to avoid being around her.

Couldn't you just sit some people in behind a tank or a turret and then have Alicia blast the crap out of it and hit you in the process? Don't know if that would work, but I remember you making mention to it during your play through, in that instance it was welkin being in that situation I believe
