Me and my wife were neutral about this, given our reason that we never order from the menu but just consume, else someone will have the fins if we pass the little bowl,(may as well enjoy it). It is no longer about WASTE, it is about putting a STOP to it...

I love Japan, even if it is one of the countries still hunting sharks today. I mean, seriously, its the place I wish to live one day. But it has to stop the hunting of shark fins. Thats something I'll stay firm on even if I'm not someone who will flat out hate any country as a whole for shark hunting as horrible as it is.

Just keep in mind guys. Its not ALL of whatever country it is that are hunting/eating the sharks. Its the same as saying "all Chinese eat dogs" when thats not true at all.
