  • It cost $2719, $1350 for the transmission and bell housing and the rest for misc parts. Things add up real fast. I bought brand new hydraulics, clutch, fork, throw out bearing and cross member. Fly wheels are expensive too.

    I did everything my self, lying on my back with the car on jack stands. It wasn't easy but it sure was fun. Whatever you do, do not get a used clutch fork and pivot bearing. Buy these parts new. Let me know if you want me to take any more vids.

  • please, please, please, how much did it cost for the swap including the T56/installation and other misc parts included/(and if you had it done by shop)?

    i have an 86 bird with a swapped 350 motor also and a 700R4, i want a T56 so bad :/
