A set of jigs from the Sruleen Céilí Band of Birmingham, Britain. The selection was recorded at the Senior Céilí Band competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann, held August 2008 in Tullamore, Co. Offaly.

Band members are: Katie Jordan (drums), Carmel Burke (button accordion), Eilish Cummins (piano), Vince Jordan (piano accordion), John Burke (fiddle), Doreen Davis (fiddle), Helen Gillespie (fiddle), Anna Marie Jordan (fiddle), Celestine Boyle (fiddle) and Joanna Hocking (flute).

  • Went to the regional fleadh today',today being the 19 of April, looking forward to seeing to seeing the shruleen band.When I got there the program didn't

    have any senior ceilidh bands down for competition I was most disappointed.I love to see senior ceilidh bands
